Biography

MASHUR BIN-GHALIB JUNDAM is a convenor of the Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy (PCID) and former dean and professorial lecturer of the Institute of Islamic Studies at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.

He earned his MA in Asian Studies and doctorate in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines in Diliman after his BSEED course where he graduated magna cum laude from the Notre Dame of Jolo College in Sulu. He also served as SPCPD-ARMM Policy Adviser on Educational Affairs in 1998.
