The Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy is the Local Knowledge Partner (LKP) of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) for 2024-2026 to develop the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system for its Philippine program on Prevention and Countering of VIolent Extremism (P/CVE). |

PCID is collaborating with the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG) of the University of the Philippines’ National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG). A two-day consortium meeting took place on January 30-31, 2024, at the NCPAG Building in the University of the Philippines. |

ASEAN-Australia Counter-Terrorism Workshop on Good Practice Approaches to Countering Violent Extremism, Hate Speech, and Disinformation
PCID President Amina Rasul, was a resource person on Multi-Sectoral Perspectives on Countering Violent Extremism, Hate Speech, and Disinformation Online, with a focus on gender perspectives during the “ASEAN-Australia Counter-Terrorism Workshop on Good Practice Approaches to Countering Violent Extremism, Hate Speech, and Disinformation Online,” held in Bali, Indonesia on January 30-31, 2024. The event was organized by the Asia Foundation and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. |
