NewsEngaging Women in Preventing Violent Extremism: A Peace Education and Interfaith Dialogue

 

The women of PCID; President Amina Rasul, Programs Manager Atty. Salma Rasul, and PCID Consultant Atty. Flor Garcia, along with ICAN Executive Director Sanam Anderlini and WASL Coordinator Melinda Holmes, attended the Peace Education and Interfaith Dialogue entitled “Engaging Women in Preventing Violent Extremism”, last May 30 2017, at the Crown Plaza- Manila Galleria, Makati City.

The women of PCID and ICAN were joined by their partners from the ASEAN Region: Ms. Mira Kusumarini (Director, Search for Common Ground), Ms. Dina Zaman (Executive Director, IMAN Research), Ms. Amporn Marddent (Walalailak University), and Ms. Siti Hanifah (AMAN Indonesia).
